Seamless Curved Timber Staircase

This project features a meticulously crafted curved staircase, where bespoke timber joinery forms the backbone of the sweeping architectural shape. Each section of the stair wall and balustrade was built in layered, hand formed timber, allowing the team to achieve the precise curvature and seamless flow envisioned in the design.

The construction process combined traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques: laminated timber sections were shaped, assembled, and refined on-site, then sanded and prepared to create a flawless, sculptural surface.
